In Tunisia, in a physical sciences exam a teacher asks his students to complete a Qur’anic verse, provoking outcry on social media.

This happened Wednesday, March 6th, 2019 during an exam at the pilot college “Jaafer Majed” in Kairouan, a city in central Tunisia. The physical sciences exam focused on atmospheric pressure. In the middle of the assignment, the teacher integrates a question in which he asked the students to complete a Qur’anic verse.

The regional education delegation in Kairouan confirms that an inquiry has been opened on this subject.
